Meet Coach Nice
I believe movement is medicine! Physical activity has always been an important part of my life. I know that I feel better mentally as well as physically when I engage in physical activity that challenges me. Though I still struggle with motivation at times, I remind myself that I never regret doing the workout or activity that gets me moving.
With a passion for making a difference, I became a Personal Trainer to help people experience the benefits of getting stronger and moving more. It gives me lots of joy when clients describe to me the ways in which they feel better since they’ve started working with me.
When I’m not with clients you might find me on a bike ride or hike with my husband, paddle boarding with a friend or snowshoeing. And I love crafts - crochet, macrame and anything my nieces want to make with me.
